 Women in Construction

Construction is changing, but not fast enough for the women who work in it or shape its future. This lively fringe panel explores what women really want from the sector, from inclusive workplaces to onsite working practises that work for women and better career pathways.

Expect candid insights, lived experiences, and practical ideas for leaders who are ready to stop guessing and start listening. Because if construction wants to attract and retain women, it’s time to address what the industry still gets wrong.
