Geo2 join UKREiiF 2024

Geo2 has confirmed its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF). The UKREiiF event is in partnership with Pagabo, and is set to take place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds.

Geo2 is a leading provider of brownfield and contaminated land solutions, delivering developer confidence to difficult sites. Our specialised services identify and characterise contaminated land and geo-environmental risk and design intelligent and practical solutions. Working in conjunction with our technical and engineering team, we pride ourselves in the removal or treatment of pollutants and contaminants from soil and water with the goal of reducing risks to human health and the environment, championing sustainable development, minimising landfill and regenerating former industrial land.

Catering to a diverse clientele, Geo2 serves landowners, developers, forecourt chains, and architects, particularly focusing on forecourt and ground remediation. Our profound expertise ensures adept handling of contaminated land, providing comprehensive solutions.

Geo2 have secured a spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall, where over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers, and local authorities will visit over the course of the three days, to build their network.

Mark Swindells

Speaking of our involvement, Geo2 Founder and Director Mark Swindells has commented, “We are delighted to be attending UKREiiF for the second year running. We specialise in offering integrated remediation solutions. We can help to navigate the complexities of ground risk with confidence, to assess land and protect projects and investments. We offer an award-winning brownfield geo-environmental remediation service, nationally and internationally. This year, as well as having a stand, we are also running a fringe event and look forward to sharing information about our award-winning services and making new connections.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re pleased to announce that Geo2 will be joining us for the third annual UKREiiF event. Their expertise in soil and groundwater contamination solutions aligns perfectly with our mission to foster sustainable real estate and infrastructure development. We look forward to their valuable contributions and insights at our event, benefitting the diverse audience."

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
